[Extension Rule] You can start the game with this card in your extension rule area only if your starting ruler is a Moon Technology ruler, you have twenty resonator cards with "Lunar" or "Solar" in their name in your deck and you don't have cards with an odd total cost in your deck and in your sideboard. You may play an additional ability per turn. You cannot play non- activate abilities with an odd activation cost. Resonators with "Lunar" or "Solar" in their name gain [+300/0] and [Barrier] (Chant). As a J/resonator enters the field, if its controller already controls three other J/resonators, they expel another resonator. If no resonator was expelled this way, its controller expels a J-ruler.
